About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual for the position of Advertising Account Manager. As a key member of our Global Business Team, the Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, conducting market research, and developing effective sales strategies. The successful candidate will have strong client facing skills, excellent account management abilities, and a deep understanding of market research.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients through effective account management 
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities 
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Global Business Team

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a must
• Strong client facing skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work on-site 4 days a week in our amazing Mountain View office
