This role is responsible for end-to-end management of all unclassified and classified facilities and will interface with Digital, Cyber, Security, Facilities, and Engineering functional leads to understand and capture facilities requirements. The AT Facilities Manager will work with counterparts in the other SBUs to identify and obtain spaces that meet the business’ needs. The successful candidate will maintain a two-way dialogue with the SSBU capital lead and the organization executing the construction to ensure that any requirement updates from the program are captured and accounted for, construction issues are communicated and resolved, and that the finished space supports program needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact national defense missions by ensuring the right infrastructure is in place at the right time. What You Will Do

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaboration across functional teams to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and deliver integrated solutions that enable mission objectives.
- Inter-SBU Collaboration and Space Optimization: Interface with peer Infrastructure Managers from other SBUs to maintain accountability on space utilization, negotiate trades of existing spaces as priorities shift and optimize shared resources when new construction cannot keep pace with rapid program growth demands.
