Tufts Medical Center is currently seeking an inpatient Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Advanced Heart Failure team in Boston, MA. This full-time position will be 36 hours per week with 12 hours shifts rotating between days and nights.
This position will involve working with other TM entities to provide HF transition of care/clinic coverage.

Who you are:
Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
Current license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Prior advanced heart failure or acute care experience preferred, new graduates considered
Current certification in CPR required
A team player who is excited to work cooperatively with a wide range of stakeholders and disciplines to champions world class patient satisfaction and support
