Ads Project Manager

A Little About You:

​​As a skilled and passionate project manager, you will become a critical contributor to the success of the Taboola partnership. We're looking for a team member who is highly organized and collaborates well with a variety of stakeholders. If this sounds like you, keep reading!

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Account segmentation and maintaining the proper sales motion throughout the partnership:

  • Work cross functionally to determine the proper sales ownership of accounts across regions.

  • Utilize our CRM and internal financial reporting systems to maintain data hygiene of accounts. 

  • Partner closely with account servicing, sales, Biz Ops and other teams to track revenue growth and blockers utilizing salesforce and front line information gathered from the teams.

  • Tracking budget achievement (actual spend vs revenue projections), working closely with Finance partners

  • Monitor native performance for agency JBPs and client deals

  • Working closely with Yahoo YARD team on setting up and maintaining needed reporting and insights related to migration, revenue, budget tracking, product, deal types, agency deals, and any other reporting and insights needs

• Support product and GTM work as needed:

  • Support synthesis of client feedback and product prioritization

  • Support GTM work as needed, with cross-functional teams

  • Support work with Y! Consumer

• Work cross-functionally across Yahoo and Taboola - PMO, sales, product, finance, legal, engineering, etc.

• Support project management:

  • Maintain the log of key decisions and resolutions made by leadership

  • Synthesize & distribute notes and action items from key meetings – internal and external

  • Manage ongoing updates (status/progress) of critical workstreams

  • Prepare reports/status updates for leadership and key stakeholders 

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in the ad tech industry with a track record of successfully managing complex projects/partnerships

• Demonstrated success in project management, including leading multiple work streams simultaneously

• Experience analyzing data from different sources and distilling it into a clear narrative

• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Solutions-oriented mindset and proven ability to think creatively and solve problems in partnership with business leaders.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,750.00 - $188,750.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
