Admissions Director - Lansdowne Heights

Lansdowne Heights is dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care for seniors with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. We are seeking a relationship-driven Admissions Director who is passionate about helping families navigate one of life's most important decisions while driving occupancy and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:
• Manage inquiries, tours, and admissions from first contact through move-in.
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners.
• Maintain prospect records and achieve occupancy goals.
• Represent the community at networking and outreach events.
Qualifications:
• Prior admissions, sales, and/or marketing experience in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or healthcare.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
• CRM and MS Office experience preferred.
