About This Role

• Enter and analyze purchase orders for all product lines to ensure that sales orders are accurately billed

• Work closely with the payroll commissions analyst, purchasing analyst, installer onboarding coordinator, and other operations team members to ensure that commissions and installers are paid correctly

• Enter invoices into our company CRM

• Prepare cost of goods sold and production reports

• Review and audit invoices submitted by installers

• Hours M-F, 8am - 5pm

Key Qualifications

•  Must be able to efficiently multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision

•  Proficiency in MS Office 365

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment without compromising quality of work

•  Confident decision-making skills and exceptional communication skills
