Novara People is a growing recruitment agency based in Elland, specialising in temporary and permanent recruitment across industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, engineering and commercial sectors.

We’re a small, hands-on team and, as the business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Recruitment Administrator & Resourcer to support with our day-to-day recruitment and candidate compliance.

This will be a varied role where no two days are exactly the same. You’ll support with everything from finding candidates for live vacancies to registrations, compliance and general recruitment administration.

20 OR 30 hours per week
30 hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm
20 hours: Split across 3 days – days/hours can be discussed

Your responsibilities will include:

Resourcing candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies
Searching job boards and our CRM for suitable candidates
Speaking with candidates and carrying out initial telephone screening
Booking and completing candidate registrations
Completing Right to Work and ID checks
Checking employment history, licences and relevant documentation
Keeping candidate records and compliance documents up to date
Advertising vacancies across job boards and social media
Contacting candidates regarding vacancies, availability and interviews
Preparing new starter and assignment information
General recruitment administration
Supporting the team with live vacancies and client requirements
