About the role
Description:The Data Entry / Administrative Support position provides administrative, documentation, and data management support for construction and quality operations supporting North Slope Delta Constructors projects. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate project documentation, entering construction and inspection data into company systems, supporting field supervision, and ensuring documentation is organized and controlled in accordance with Delta Constructors and client requirements. This position plays a critical role in ensuring project documentation, inspection records, and reporting are completed accurately and distributed in a timely manner to support safe and compliant project execution. Schedule:
- 7 days per week, 11.5 hours per day

- Enter project information into internal databases, spreadsheets, or project management systems.
- Perform accurate data entry of project records, including inspection reports, quality documentation, and daily construction reports.
- Maintain electronic filing systems for project documentation, turnover packages, and inspection records.
- Assigning H2S monitors to incoming employees on date of arrival.
- Receiving H2S monitors from outgoing employees on date of departure.
- Creating, tracking, scanning, and verification of associated documentation.
- Managing current inventory to ensure there are enough monitors available.
- Bump testing and certification of the monitors to ensure they are ready for use.
- Tracking Audit counts for individuals required to perform Audits to ensure they complete all three each week.
- Organizing THAs, Audits, SAFE Cards on a weekly basis.
- Scanning THAs, Audits, SAFE Cards and inputting the bundles into the appropriate job folders.
- Ensure there are enough THAs, Toolbox Rosters, and Audit forms available for use.
- Ensure there is a supply of extra PPE at the office for the random needs (traction devices, gloves, glasses).
- Enter, track, and maintain Quality Control data including inspection reports, test results, and daily QC activities.
- Assist with compiling turnover documentation packages (mechanical, electrical, civil) for client submission.
- Upload and organize quality documentation in SharePoint / document control systems per client and project requirements.
- Support calibration tracking for inspection and testing equipment (gauges, meters, etc.).
- Assist Quality Supervisors with data compilation for audits, client reporting, and internal reviews.
- Upload red lines and blue lines to SharePoint.
- Assist with drawing management and requests.
- Collect and file Manlift evaluations and other onsite equipment evaluations.
- Upload and organize operator and equipment inspection forms for record keeping.
- Maintain running log of equipment deficiencies weekly based off Samsara WE report.
- Audit non-op log weekly against ET for discrepancies (spot check).
- Upload and organize preventative maintenance documentation and preventative maintenance cycles for visibility.
