Reports To: Shipping & Inventory Manager
FLSA Status: Full Time, Non-exempt
Summary:
- The Administrative Support Position is responsible for auditing completed Work Orders to ensure material issues and labor collection is complete in ERP system. This position will also work with Shipping & Logistics to create packing lists, coordinate shipping logistics as well as customs paperwork.
- Starting hourly rate for this position is $19.00 per hour
- Work hours for this role are 7AM to 3 PM, 30 minute paid lunch
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Audit Workorders to ensure completion within ERP system.
- Create Packing Lists
- Create Customs Paperwork
- Coordinate trucking arrangements as required.
- Required to be highly organized and exhibit technical proficiency.
- Coordinate system changes with production as required.
- Exhibit safe work habits adhering to all PPE and OSHA during times in the manufacturing area.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by Management.
Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
- High School graduate, or general education degree required. Must be able to read and speak English to effectively communicate with customers.
- Strong computer skills required previous ERP experience helpful.
- Prior logistics experience helpful but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Proficient typing skills.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to speak clearly, listen attentively and provide excellent phone presence.
- Demonstrate organizational skills, practice time management, meet deadlines and display a sense of urgency.

- Employee is required to wear safety glasses when in a manufacturing area. Must have the ability to wear hearing protection when in production areas that require it.
- Employee is required to be on site during scheduled shift to perform daily duties and responsibilities.

- The employee will frequently work in a production area with exposure to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. At times may be in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment. May occasionally be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, and loud noise while on the production floor.
