Summary

About This Role: 


Primary Job Duties Include:

  • Respond to all FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests for the Department
  • Provide direct support to the Department Director and Assistant Directors, which includes calendar management, taking meeting minutes, and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist with meeting preparations and taking meeting minutes
  • Serve as a member of Process Action Teams 
  • Event Planning for the Department 
  • Assists customers and other department staff with specialized or confidential transactions requiring advanced knowledge and experience; responds to requests for information, in person, via e-mail, and over the phone; provides and explains department policies, procedures and regulations.


Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or G.E.D and 3 years of related experience.

Preferences: 3 years of related experience 

Work Schedule:  8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday).  Ability to telework 2 days a week after the first 6 months. This is a telework-eligible position that may change to in-office scheduling if business needs change.

Special Requirements: None

Starting Salary Range: $28.32 - $38.63 hourly ($55,224 - $75,328.50)
