Administrative Coordinator

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support across multiple subdepartments within our Credentialing division. This dynamic role involves coordinating tasks and communications across areas including Conflict Resolution, Liens, Medical Records, HQ Reception, Medical Records Projects, Collections, Electronic Banking, and Research.

What You’ll Need:

  • Associates degree or equivalent training, preferred
  • 3+ years in a Healthcare setting in a management setting
  • Detail-oriented, organized decision-maker with the ability to work both independently and in teams
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

 What You’ll Do:

  • Set up appointments, maintain records of liens, review offers, provide paperwork and protocol, communicate between law offices/facilities and patients
  • Follow up on HPSO, License Expirations, CEU's Terms, Database Management, CAQH Mgmt., CMD updates
  • Medical Records /Projects as needed
  • Distribute mail, upload checks, and maintain office supplies
  • This job title is for more than one subdepartment withing my department. Liens, Medical records assist, Collections and Refunds Insurance Liaison, HQ Reception.
