About the role
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, detail oriented and supportive driven Administrative Assistant to join our Domtar Hawesville Mill Team. Reporting to the Bleached Pulp Mill Operations Manager; this role performs a wide range of administrative duties including but not limited to:

- Manage and upload content to various databases, SharePoint sites, digital libraries, etc..
- Develop reports to compile weekly/monthly updates into summary reports
- Conduct research and prepare spreadsheets, statistical summaries, and dashboard consistently
- Prepare reports and presentations for a variety of audiences
- Maintain calendar entries and manage potential schedule conflicts
- Plan meetings as requested by coordinating schedules of participants, reserve conference rooms, sending meeting invites, etc..
- Maintain meeting agendas, minutes, and action item status to completion
- Associates Degree or work in a related field with two (2) to five (5) years’ of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc..)
- Personal dedication to working safely
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, strong attention to detail, good written & oral communications skills
- Ability to work in a team environment, but also able to work independently while working with specific deadlines
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Five (5) years’ experience of administrative assistant duties
- Working knowledge of SAP
