Our Early Intervention program provides in-home and childcare center EI services for children ages 0-3 who have or are at risk for developmental delays or have a diagnosed disability. This program works with families and their children ages 0-3 who have or are at risk for developmental delays or have a diagnosed disability. Our Early Intervention program provides support services and resources in Methuen, North Andover, Andover, Lowell, and surrounding communities.
The Job
Reporting to the Office Administrator, the Administrative Assistant works a full-time (M-F) schedule in our Early Intervention program located in Lawrence, MA. This position works closely with the EI administrative team and is responsible for providing administrative assistance on projects for the Early Intervention Program Director, Teams Leaders, Office Administrator, and other program staff. Duties will include generation of staff assignment worksheets, staff assignment chart, upload of EI child evaluation into on-line system, mailing/faxes, preparation of client notes, organization of doctor notes, and other project work as assigned.
