*This position is located Remote, Anywhere US*

*This position requires working weekends, and rotating holidays as needed *

Position Purpose:

Work involves disseminating information, maintaining filing systems, and performing administrative support work. 

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responds to internal and external routine inquiries.
  •  Maintains filing, record-keeping, and records management systems.
  • Performs general administrative and office duties such as meeting minutes, scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, ordering supplies, performing basic bookkeeping work, and assisting with general human resources work.
  • Answers and routes phone calls, takes messages, and greets and directs visitors to the appropriate staff.
  • Assists in preparing and disseminating information concerning programs and services.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

 

Experience

  • 1 year clerical, secretarial, administrative support
    • College education in business administration areas or technical training in clerical, secretarial or office administrative support-related areas may be substituted for experience on a year per year basis. (Education requirements may be satisfied by full-time education or the prorated part-time equivalent.)
  • Medicare Part C related appeals activities, preferred 
  • Resided in the United States for a minimum of three (3) years out of the last five (5) years (Per Contract Requirement)
