Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Partner, Wealth Advisors
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling client meetings, internal meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up items
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Provide backup front desk coverage as needed to ensure a seamless client experience, including warmly greeting clients and visitors, answering phones, and routing inquiries appropriately.
Client & Event Coordination
- Coordinate client meetings, events, and firm-hosted activities
- Assist with event logistics, including venue booking, catering, invitations, and RSVPs
- Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional office environment
Operational & Team Coordination
- Serve as a key point of contact between the Partner, advisors, and internal teams
- Assist with workflow coordination and tracking of tasks and deadlines
- Support compliance-related administrative processes (e.g., document tracking, recordkeeping)
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably in financial services, wealth management, professional services, or a client-facing environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing requests
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Pay Information
This position is non-exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of California. The pay range for this position is $16.90-$26.39 USD per hour. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
Physical Requirements
- This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Corient seeks to make reasonable accommodations that enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties when possible.
- This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
U.S. Eligibility Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
