Required Skills
- Site visit oversight and tracking, including managing entry fobs for employees and sign-in software for visitors.
- Overseeing laptops and assorted technological accessories for all employees, including ordering, inventory, and distribution.
- Managing and maintaining conference rooms and schedules.
- Maintaining office stock organization and cleanliness for food, beverages, office supplies, and small wares. Ensuring that office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Assisting with administrative needs of the organization as assigned.
- Managing office communications, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other communications.
- GED or High School Diploma
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills w/ Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- United States Citizenship
