When and Where will you work?

  • This position will be based onsite, Monday – Friday in our Swedesboro, NJ facility. 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Greet and assist visitors and vendors in a courteous and professional manner, both in person and on the phone.
  • Answer incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate department or individual, and take accurate messages.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Organize and support site events, such as town halls, meetings, celebrations, etc.
  • Support site meals where appropriate.
  • Operations Team calendar management.
  • Schedule meetings.
  • Create and maintain PowerPoint slide shows.
  • Sign in visitors, maintain visitor badges.
  • Arrange travel as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional welcoming environment.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

 

Who you are:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

 

What you’ve done:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Calendar management and scheduling experience.
