Administrative Assistant II
As an Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for providing administrative support to both Managers and Supervisors.
Job Type: Full-Time +, Non-Exempt

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Contracts / Subcontracts / Change Order.
- Set up new contracts/subcontracts using accounting software.
- Processing Purchasing Cards.
- Answer calls when the calls are returned to the operator.
- Scheduling drug testing for new employees.
- Setting up new employees in accounting software.
- Print Certified Payrolls weekly for signature.
- New Hires / Arrange interviews for local supervisors.
- Issuing CDL paperwork for new drivers.
- Schedule CDL testing.
- Issuing Safety Equipment / Supplies / Reorder as required.
- Preconstruction paperwork.
- Scheduling company events.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well with all team members.
- Highly organized, flexible, and dependable.
- Ability to use general office equipment.
- Good Attendance is required.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an office support role, with human resource experience preferable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Pre-Screen
- Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.
License & Certifications:
- Driver License Preferred but not required.
