In this position, you will work closely with professional and management staff to help these areas maintain high efficiency and continue producing high-quality work.
Key Activities
Uses an extremely high-level of cooperation, confidentiality, discretion, and the ability to communicate and understand information related to various Bank, System, and/or program functions to:
Maintain and/or monitor calendar(s) and emails for designated staff. Coordinate, schedule, and support meetings (in-person and remote) and conference calls.
Respond to inquiries by gathering complete and relevant information, utilizing knowledge of processes and procedures, and/or referring inquiry to appropriate contact.
Make travel arrangements (i.e., airline reservations, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and possible conference registration), prepare travel itinerary for traveler, and submit travel reimbursements in accordance with established policy/guidelines.
Handle meeting and event planning details including, but not limited to, coordination with Conference Center team regarding room reservations and setups, catering, and audio-visual needs. Provides general support during meetings as necessary.
Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, presentation materials, etc. in consultation with business leaders. Maintain/update various reference documents or policies, administer internal surveys, and coordinate Bank-wide communications/articles.
Perform various duties such as purchasing office supplies, managing purchasing card expenditures, and monthly reconciliations. Organize and maintain department filing systems or management’s office files (paper or electronic) and is responsible for adhering to record retention guidelines.
Assist with supporting new and current employee needs, including location moves, and technology access and asset requests. Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Typically requires at least one year of relevant experience; three or more years of experience is preferred.
High school education or GED required.

Hybrid, KC office 50% of the time.
Pay Range: The starting pay range for this position is $46,400 to $62,700 for the job level(s) required for this position. Final offers are determined by factors including the candidate’s qualifications, internal alignment considerations, district assignment, and geographic location.
