- Education & Community Trainings – We help students achieve academic success while giving educators the tools to create safe learning environments to improve their students’ behaviors and offer innovative learning opportunities to build and improve knowledge in the community.
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for Community Counseling, Eastern MO, to join our team. Your role will provide the primary administrative support for the Eastern Missouri programs of Community Counseling (CC), Treatment Foster Care (TFC), and Resource Development (RD). Most of the Administrative Assistant’s time is in Community Counseling. This Administrative Assistant role revolves around supporting others. Supports various levels of team members in the St. Louis Office, such as Directors, Managers, and Employees, through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. This role is responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. As a member of the Community Counseling - Eastern MO team, you will work with other team members and report to our Clinical Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Hybrid work environment- three to four days per week in-office/one to two days per week work from home, subject to change to program needs.

20% clerical support to Outpatient and other programs as needed.

80% referral coordination and clerical support to Community Counseling in Eastern Missouri.

Coordinate and maintain referrals for therapists and schedule orientation sessions with new clients on time.

Order and monitor office supplies.

Maintain electronic and physical files and/or auditing records.

Data entry to support invoicing and program reports.

Write and distribute correspondence including memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

Schedule/coordinate various meetings, classes, appointments, office equipment repairs, etc.

Greet and provide general support to visitors.

Act as a point of contact for the office location.

Obtain, verify, and maintain Financial Eligibility for clients.

Work collaboratively with insurance companies, providers, and staff to ensure plan requirements have been met before client services are rendered to maximize reimbursement.

May work with outside vendors.

Completes other duties as assigned by leadership.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Minimum Requirements:
- Education Level: High School Education.
Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years in an administrative assistant role and office setting. In addition to the above requirement, the incumbent must:

- At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
