IMEG is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Las Vegas, NV to provide administrative support for assigned engineering teams and complete day-to-day administrative tasks. This role also demonstrates proficiency in using and reviewing IMEG standard document templates.

In this role, you will support team operations while working within the team’s monetary budget and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations. You will also support a team serving hospitality and MEP projects, with additional work tied to healthcare-focused renovations and tenant improvements.

What You'll Do

· Follow and promote IMEG standards.

· Assist the assigned team and support other teams as needed.

· Maintain confidentiality of project, client, corporate, and employee matters.

· Work with engineering specifications for all applicable disciplines.

· Attend and actively contribute to group meetings.

· Support problem-solving efforts with the engineering team to contribute to the success of the organization.

· Answer phones as needed.

· Arrange meetings and travel as needed for the team or office.

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipping as needed.

What You'll Bring

Education

· High School Diploma/GED required

Experience

· 2 years of experience minimum required, 3 preferred, in administration

Required Skills/Abilities

· Ability to multi-task

· Ability to work with staff of all levels

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Proficient in MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Strong customer service orientation coupled with the ability to exhibit and maintain a positive attitude

· Strong initiative and problem-solving skills

· Self-motivated and flexible

Preferred

· Associate degree preferred

· Experience with engineering administration preferred

· Service mix is centered on hospitality/gaming and healthcare-focused MEP work, with a strong renovation and tenant-improvement profile. The active results repeatedly show mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology services for casinos, hotels, restaurants, retail, clinics, medical office buildings, hospital support spaces, and specialty healthcare areas.

· The team also takes on public-sector, aviation/transportation, education, and custom residential work, but the strongest pattern is clearly casino/hotel amenities, food-and-beverage venues, and outpatient/medical renovations. Overall, the team looks especially strong in Las Vegas-area hospitality and healthcare system upgrades, remodels, and specialty TI work.

· Recent work includes Bellagio Spa & Salon Remodel, Gaming/Hospitality, and UMC Trauma Building 4th and 5th Floor Conversion, Healthcare.

State of Nevada Hourly Range: $29.00 - $32.00
