Job Summary
An adjunct professor in business administration plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education to students, imparting essential knowledge and skills in the field. As a part-time faculty member, their primary purpose is to provide effective instruction, share real-world insights, and foster a dynamic learning environment within the business administration department. Adjunct professors contribute to curriculum development, mentor students, and bring their industry expertise into the classroom, ensuring students are well-prepared for success in the business world. They play a vital role in supporting the college's educational mission, offering flexibility, and enriching the academic experience for students pursuing business education.

Job Duties:
- Delivering engaging lectures and interactive sessions in one or more of the following areas: Business, Business Management, Business Marketing, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, and Supply Chain Management.
- Designing and implementing curriculum that aligns with program objectives and industry standards.
- Mentoring and guiding students in their academic and career pursuits.
- Assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and evaluating assignments/projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Some business courses taught also require a master’s degree or higher in Business Administration OR master’s degree in any field AND 18 graduate hours in Business Administration course work.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Teaching Experience: Prior experience teaching at the college or university level, especially in business-related courses. Experience with both online and in-person instruction can be a plus.
• Industry Experience: Practical industry experience in business or management, preferably in a leadership or managerial role. Real-world experience can enhance the quality of instruction and provide valuable insights to students.
