What You'll Do
Analyzes all medical records following standards established by system policies and procedures, physician bylaws and outside regulatory agencies. Ensures all sections of the electronic legal record have been received.
Knowledge
Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
An overall knowledge of the Medical Records department usually obtained through two years of Medical Records experience.
