About the Role

We are looking for a experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a candidate who can take control of Jira and ongoing sprints, plan further development in advance, gather requirements from stakeholders, and perform other project management activities, including reporting and working within Scrum Agile frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Take control of Jira to manage ongoing sprints and project tracking.
• Plan and prioritize development work in collaboration with the development team.
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clear and actionable specifications.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment and understanding.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in accordance with Scrum Agile methodologies.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Continuously improve project management processes and practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in project management, particularly in a technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and experience managing sprints and project tracking.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluent in English
