What You Will Do:
The Site Ambassador (Vacation Coverage) supports the Director of Property in the maintenance of the Girl Scout properties for coverage during times when Property Team is taking vacation days.
How You Will Lead:
- Ensure the safety of the campsites.
- Ensure that diversity and pluralism is embraced and incorporated into the daily work of the position.
- Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and amongst the membership.
- Unlock Doors to locations they have rented.· Make sure the guest has the supplies needed during their stay.
- Be the face of the property team when there is guest on property.
- Use the contact information provided by the Site manager to contact the Power company & Water Company etc.
- Working with the Director of Property if needed.
- Cleanliness after the guest leave the property for next guest.
- Making sure the guest has an amazing visit to the camp properties.

Requirements
What We are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in property management in an outdoor environment.
- Physical ability to do manual labor.
- Knowledge in several areas of maintenance.
- Construction background a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors and with a variety of equipment.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings when required.
- Ability to work in an active and mobile work environment with physical demands.
- Excellent decision-making, customer service and human relation skills
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize and manage time to meet deadlines working independently.
- Current valid drivers’ license and auto insurance.
