Title: Clinical Recruiter

Location: Melville, NY

Salary Range: $65,000-$70,000 + commission

Overview: Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking a Clinical Recruiter who has knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry hiring for multiple disciplines. This role would be best filled by a person who is well versed in full cycle recruitment, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring qualified employees.

Responsibilities:

• Develop job specifications based upon new and current business needs
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
• Source candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Recruit applicants for multiple disciplines
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection processes
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, aptitudes, and skill sets
• Onboard new hire for them to become fully integrated
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during recruitment cycle and at specific periods after hire

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of recruiting qualified RN’s, LPN’s and Therapist ( ST, PT, OT) for employment within a home setting and school setting.
• Must have experience in high-volume sourcing, candidate management, and community-based recruitment.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare and the range of nursing specialties
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office 365-excel, Workday, UltiPro a plus.
• Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously.
• Professional communication and organization skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
