Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a part-time Assessment Therapist to add to our team of professionals. In this role, you'll provide residential treatment services to adults diagnosed primarily with substance use disorders.
$1,500 Sign-On BONUS!
($750 upon 250 hours/ $750 after 500 hours)

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Conduct assessment and treatment services according to Southwestern policies.
- Perform diagnostic assessment evaluations and emergency/crisis intervention.
- Provide daily group psychotherapy.
- Maintain appropriate records of services to reflect progress and document treatment plans and goals.
- Maintain documentation and submit reports according to established time frames.
- Coordinate patient care with other members of the treatment team.
- Maintain contact with referral sources and other providers as necessary.
- Maintain appropriate clinical documentation.
- Provide individual, marital, and family therapy.
- Provide family education as needed.
Job Qualifications
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
- Applicants must have an LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
- Applicant must have knowledge of relevant clinical issues and 12-step programs.
- Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
