Senior Software Engineer, Observability

This is a critical role focused on providing observability solutions for all customers. You will work closely with your engineering team and product manager to achieve operational excellence, maximize customer satisfaction, and deliver key product differentiation features, customer satisfaction, and product differentiation. </p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Ensure our existing observability offering is up and running all the time.</li> <li><strong>Product Differentiation:</strong> Ideate and develop innovative new features that attract our target customer segment, drive product engagement, and ultimately fuel growth.</li> <li><strong>Customer Satisfaction:</strong> Support our existing external customer base by resolving escalated support issues and collaborating with them to understand and solve their needs.</li> <li><strong>Technical Implementation:</strong> Guide the team in the hands-on implementation of key platform features, ensuring maintainability and performance.</li> <li><strong>Team Enablement:</strong> Empower your team to act as "product custodians" by consistently addressing foundational and production issues.</li> <li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Practise effective communication and collaboration both within the team and across the wider organization and act as a role model in transparency for your peers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong><strong> </strong></p> <p>You bring a passion not only for coding but actively sharing your knowledge and experience with your peers as well.
