Supervisor Clinic Operations, Rural Health Clinic

 

Under the supervision of the Director, directs the day-to-day operations of the assigned physician practice, including financial and personnel management and provides physician support. Exercises independent judgment, discretion and, within agreed upon limitations, makes administrative decisions, and acts based on knowledge of the organization, its policies, procedures, and personnel. Works with minimal supervision.

Please note the following important details regarding this position:

• This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled
• Flexibility to work on-call as needed to maintain operational continuity, provide leadership during critical situations, and support team members outside of standard business hours
• Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational requirements

 

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• 4 or more years of job-related experience
• 2 or more years of leadership experience, which can be met with direct supervisory experience, lead experience, project management experience, or other related experience.
