Summer Camp Counselor

HCI Sports & Fitness is currently hiring Camp Counselors for our 2025 summer camp program!

We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our Summer Wipeout Camp team! Each week of camp features a different theme and includes activities such as sports, recreational games, and arts and crafts for children ages 5-10. Responsibilities include creating a fun camp experience, implementation of planned daily activities, supervision of children, communication with parents, and more. If you love working with children and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment, this position is for you!  

Camp Hours of Operation:

• Summer camp will run from June 2 - August 8, 2025
• Camp hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am until 6:00 pm, AM and PM shifts available
• Required in-person and online trainings will occur from May 27 – 30 (attendance is mandatory)

Requirements

To be a great fit, you’ll have:

• An enthusiastic, energetic, and creative personality! 
• At least 18 years of age  
• High school diploma or GED, must complete by May 2025 
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with staff, parents, and camp participants 
• CPR/AED certifications (certification provided, if needed) 
• Ability to take initiative and can work well under pressure 
• Reliable transportation to attend work in Bee Cave 
• Childcare or camp experience preferred 
• Previous experience working in a licensed camp program is a plus, but not required 
• Patience, positivity, and must enjoy working with children!
