Student Worker, Accounting

Our Accounts Payable team is looking for Student Worker. During your experience, you will have the opportunity to assist and provide support to Accounts Payable team, which is currently consists of 11 employees.

Your tasks will include:

• Process AP documents
• Work with invoices, financial statements, vendor contracts
• Support with reconciliation of AP accounts
• Help AP Accountants with month closing
• Checking mailbox for the tasks and keep the documentation in the order
• Perform other tasks related to the AP process

Our requirements:

• student (optimally in 4th/5th year) who wants to start a career in accountancy
• you are available at least 25 hours per week (to max. 35 hours/weekly)
• communicative English
• positive attitude
• attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
• ability to multi-task
• proactive approach
• good PC user
• willingness to learn
