One of our customers is looking for a Lead AI Scientist to lead their AI team. 

Role Overview:

As the Lead AI Scientist, you’ll play a critical role in advancing our AI-driven capabilities for vulnerability detection. You’ll lead the research of a talented team to design, develop, and deploy sophisticated AI logic, with Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems. 

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models for vulnerability detection and reconnaissance
• Application of LLMs and multi-agent systems to push the boundaries of cybersecurity
• Collaborate with AI engineering teams and security researchers to enhance the effectiveness of our systems
• Oversee and perform data collection, benchmarking, and analysis to continuously improve model performance
• Ensure scalability, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness of AI models in production environments
• Contribute to research papers, blog posts, and presentations that showcase our AI advancements
• Ensure AI ethics with a strong focus on model safety, fairness, and transparency

Requirements:

• Strong background in LLMs, multi-agent systems, and state-of-the-art AI techniques and tools
• Experience leading AI teams and collaborating with cross-functional engineering and research groups
• Familiarity with data collection, benchmarking, and ensuring model performance in production environments
• A deep understanding of AI ethics, with a focus on model safety and responsible AI use
• Strong communication skills to contribute to research papers, blog posts, and presentations
