Sales Associate - Wireless Retail

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers by answering questions, providing product information, and recommending suitable wireless solutions based on individual needs

- Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

- Stay informed about the latest wireless products, services, and promotions

- Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays

- Uphold company standards for customer service and professionalism at all times

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the customer experience

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to learn and explain technical products and services

- Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems

- High school diploma or equivalent required

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Customer Service experience is preferred, but not required
• Bilingual / English & Spanish

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $13.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits are eligible after 60 days
