This role is responsible for supporting the global employee experience program, in alignment with organizational and other HR strategies such as leadership/employee development, Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI), performance management, organizational change, succession planning, coaching/mentoring, diversity and inclusion, organization design, and talent assessments/analytics.

In this role, you will partner with employee groups, human resources, and business stakeholders to implement programs that promote inclusion and create an incomparable employee experience and a strong culture of belonging.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Help develop and implement initiatives that enhance our company culture and employee experience. Support the global employee experience/engagement program including associated budget management, communication/organizational change, and other structured project/program management practices such as schedule/stakeholder/issue management. Collaborate with others to integrate Culture and Experience initiatives into broader organizational strategies and practices. Seek out and incorporate feedback from leaders, employees, and HR team members on program efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes. Help to develop and implement internal communications that reinforce the company's culture (e.g., content for our Intranet, monthly newsletters, educational pieces, and micro-learnings). Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with vendors and consultants.

Design and facilitate employee experience presentations, workshops, and trainings to help advance education and awareness on culture, values, behaviors, and experience topics. Coordinate scheduling and logistics for events. Incorporate lessons learned and suggestions from participants and leaders to improve the experience program and change adoption.   

Support and enhance the experience/engagement ongoing listening and measurement strategy, models, and processes. Gather and analyze employee feedback and internal demographic data, to understand trends, inform decision-making and identify areas of improvement related to employee experience. Leverage human capital data and research to monitor, report, and deliver intelligence and actionable insights about employee experience and engagement within the organization. Contribute to high quality documents, presentations, and data reports for critical meetings including executive and board-level presentations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:  Bachelor's               FIELD OF STUDY: HR, psychology, diversity studies or equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE:  5+ years supporting employee experience/engagement program(s)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

  • Passionate about improving the employee experience and culture in alignment with our Mission, Vision, and Values, and how to operationalize in a corporate environment
  • Proven experience in culture management, employee experience, or related roles
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative initiatives
  • Must value collaborative work and be able to participate in, or lead, cross-functional and global teams
  • Be detail oriented and organized with strong project management skills in a matrixed environment
  • Strong communications skills and ability to foster two-way communication with different audiences. Active listening is a must
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills for delivering training and leading group meetings
