The Impact You'll Make

As a GPG Operations manager, you will lead a team of professionals to drive improvements in product quality and installation and warranty costs and execute projects to improve processes and organizational efficiencies.

You will lead and grow your team to achieve the organization’s overall goals and objectives. Your team will use data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in daily operations and quality. Your team will drive continuous improvements to product quality and implement change to improve quality of future designs. Your team will be drive down cost of quality as well as manage product group inventory.

Using your sound judgement and decision-making capability, you’ll identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency, including the use of AI to augment the capabilities of your team and the organization. You’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in organizational alignments for the annual operation plan strategic planning.

What You'll Do

Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Develop and execute to a roadmap to improve quality and product design to reduce installation and warranty costs
Ensure team meets committed organization objectives.
Monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvement.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement change and drive operational excellence.
Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular updates to senior management on progress toward strategic objectives.

Who We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in operations management or technical degree with 10+ years of applicable experience
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a results-oriented mindset
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.
Ownership mindset to drive solutions and positive outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA is desired.
Demonstrated management or leadership is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
