Job description

In this role, you will join a dynamic Data Team within a fast-growing fintech scale-up, where you'll develop and deliver data-driven insights that shape our products and services. As a Data Analyst, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user behavior, detect patterns and trends while ensuring data quality along the way.

Our Data Team consists of passionate analysts and engineers who thrive on solving complex challenges. You'll be part of a collaborative environment where continuous learning is encouraged, and you'll have the opportunity to work with industry-standard tools and technologies in the fintech space.

✨ Your mission

Your primary mission is to support the Data team while gaining hands-on experience across the full Data Analytics stack. You will work on various projects that may include developing Streamlit applications for trend analysis and QA, contributing to financial data processing systems, and helping build data traceability tools. The specific focus will be tailored to match your skills and interests as well as the team's priorities, ensuring both valuable contributions to the team and meaningful learning opportunities.

✨ Main tasks

• Building and maintaining a data pipeline and dashboards to track the key business metrics and KPIs
  
• Conducting in-depth analyses, modeling data from ingestion to implementation, and scaling our data infrastructure.
  
• Gradually take ownership of the specific data analysis projects mentioned before
  
• Support the development of Streamlit applications for trend analysis and quality assurance
  
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation of data processes that stakeholders can easily understand and use
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mainly finance, sales, and product, to understand their data needs and provide insights

✨ Your team

Our team consists of 1 Data Engineer, 2 Analytics Engineers, 2 Data Analysts, and our VP of Data. We collaborate closely with various departments across the company, each focusing on different areas. While we operate as a centralized Data Team, we maintain strong communication to ensure everyone stays informed about team activities.
