Job Description

We are currently seeking a Brand Expansion Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute?

• Support the Brand Expansion team with day-to-day tasks and administrative duties for the department (ie. request forms, industry news, etc.);
• Support the Brand Expansion team on all samples coordination, shipping and logistics needs for VIP requests (ie. samples qualitative check, VIP fittings and events preparations, archiving, etc.);
• Assist the Brand Expansion team in the coordination of all leadup preparations to key events (ie. shows, etc.);
• Assist the Brand Expansion team with the management of gifting initiatives and relevant stock;
• Assist the Brand Expansion team with reporting and imagery research of talent dressings

Who you are?

• Successful or ongoing studies in Communication, Marketing, Media or related
• Knowledge of Fashion GPS is a plus

• Confident use of Microsoft Office suite
• Fluent in English - both written and spoken
• Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork and good relational skills
• Good time management skills
