<h3>Job Title</h3>Senior Customer Order Specialist<p></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><b><span>Job title:</span></b><br/>Senior Customer Order Specialist<br/><br/><b>Your role:</b><br/>• Managing complex orders with the use of SAP and other supporting tools with reporting, monitoring and controlling order book data quality in an organized and compliant manner, keeping it well maintained<br/>• Being responsible for order intake, order changes process<br/>• Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Sales Team)</p><p>• Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/Sox)</p><p>• Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines</p><p>• Working with LEAN capabilities such as Daily Management, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving</p><p><br/><br/><b><span>You're the right fit if:</span></b><span> (4 x bullets max) </span><br/>1. You are experienced in handling customer inquiries and resolving order-related issues in any field.<br/>2. You are familiar with SAP, ERP systems, or order processing tools<br/>3. You have bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics or Engineering.<br/>4. You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</p><p>5. You present excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</p><p>6. Fluent English is a must<br/><br/><b>How we work together</b><br/>We believe that we are better together than apart.
