Key Responsibilities
Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for scaling a data streaming platform from early-stage development to enterprise maturity.
Drive adoption of event-driven architecture across the enterprise by building compelling value propositions and partnering with stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering, data teams, and business leaders to deliver a highly scalable, reliable, and performant platform in an AWS environment.
Simplify deeply technical and complex data infrastructure concepts, effectively evangelizing your product strategy to executives and non-technical stakeholders
Rationalize the platform agenda by balancing accelerating business value delivery with platform hardening investments in a way that drives sustainable growth and stability.
Establish and track key success metrics, ensuring the platform meets business-critical needs and drives measurable impact.
Influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align on modern data practices and long-term platform evolution.

Basic Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
