Ford's new Technology Platform Programs (TPP) team is at the forefront of the Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) revolution, reimagining vehicle electrical architecture and software platforms. The role you will play:
As a TPP Coordinator , you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the TPP team, proactively anticipating needs, resolving operational issues, and facilitating seamless program management for leaders and their teams. You'll play a crucial part in enabling Ford to deliver high-quality software, at speed, into vehicles, supporting breakthroughs that define the future of Ford. What you'll do...
- Anticipate and proactively address the operational and administrative needs of TPP leaders and their teams, ensuring they remain focused on strategic program initiatives.
- Manage calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, and process expense reports for assigned TPP leadership.
- Manage department review and approval processes for overtime, travel, and similar processes
- Manage and performance analyses of department business office procedures and tracking for operational health metrics and objectives, resources and key initiatives
- Manage the planning, meeting agendas, material filing and logging, minutes and distribution lists for department operational meetings
- Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies within the team, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
- Draft and disseminate clear, concise team communications, manage correspondence, and serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners across Ford to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
You'll have...
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably supporting senior-level leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced and technical/engineering environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency and analyses with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, problem solving capability and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and communicate clearly across all levels.
- Proven ability to work proactively, independently, and exercise sound judgment and discretion.
- Hybrid on-site work (minimum 4 days per week) at Ford campus, co-located with the TPP team, in Dearborn Michigan

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience supporting teams in a technology, software development, or automotive environment.
- Familiarity with Ford's internal systems and processes (e.g., Concur, Teams, etc.).
