Schedule Weekly Hours:

Gundersen Health System is seeking a part-time LPN for our 20-bed General Medical Unit.  This is your opportunity to work with in the full scope of your LPN license on a unit that cares for a little bit of everything from short stay observations patients to complex care for extended care patients.

What you will do:

• Work 48 hours every two week= 0.6 FTE
• Work 8 hour shifts rotating day (6:30am – 3pm) and pm’s (2:30pm – 11pm) shifts; every other weekend and holiday
• LPN’s work top of scope and provide care by doing things such as pass medication, assessments, hang IV fluids, piggyback medications, provide wound care and reinforce patient education.  
• Partner with a team of RN’s, CNA’s, social workers, dietitians, respiratory therapy, and physical therapy.

What you need:

• LPN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin
• BLS for healthcare providers
