About the role
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Flexible hours, up to 40 hours per week 1 hr unpaid break * Scheduled induction and training times will be required during Boolaroo, AU Time 8:30AM - 4:00PMScope:
- Route planning for house-to-house deliveries in Australian suburbs
- Data entry and management of council-provided address records
- Optimization of delivery routes for efficiency and completeness
- Scaling operations to handle increasing volumes of addresses
- Maintaining data integrity throughout the routing process
Responsibilities:
- Process and route address records for council-wide delivery operations
- Ensure accurate sequencing of addresses, focusing on left-hand side properties
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and routing tasks
- Collaborate with the in-house team to optimize delivery routes
- Handle large volumes of data, potentially up to 65,000 addresses per suburb
- Adapt to increasing workloads as the company expands its operations
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry tasks
- Proficiency in using Excel and other data management tools
- Ability to understand and follow specific routing instructions
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle large datasets
- Strong English language skills for clear communication with the team
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
