About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager Lead to join an established Technical Program Management team. You will bring your program management and/or project management background as well as passion to help build the future of what we build at Stitch Fix. In addition, this role will lead the strategy design, implementation, and configuration of Product and Engineering tooling at Stitch Fix. You embody an Agile mindset and are passionate about empowering an agile culture while driving the execution of strategic and impactful programs and initiatives across Stitch Fix. You will serve as a role model and leader for Stitch Fix by working directly with teams to deliver their solutions and improve their practices.

• Join a new and growing team of Technical Program Managers.
• Act as the point of contact and interface to engineering teams and business partners for strategic initiatives and feature development.
• Execute project planning, strategic alignment, and drive decision making across multiple teams while balancing people, organizational, and technical skills to deliver and guide decision making without authority.
• Provide ongoing visibility into the progress, risks, and timelines of projects against targeted deadlines.
• Collaborate with peers to design and implement standardized processes that help ensure consistency across the organization.
• Develop and execute on strategies to improve engineering processes and sustainability across the company.
• Gather and synthesize requirements and input from multiple stakeholders (internal product teams, engineers, user experience designers, sales, business operations, industry strategy,, consulting, customer engagement, customer support, etc.)
• Collaborate with product teams on the definition and execution of product objectives supporting the creation of an actionable product roadmap, and creating a one-stop shop for Executive/Portfolio/Solution/Program/Delivery teams to plan and track work.

We’re excited about you because…

• 7-10+ years overall experience as a Technical Program Manager in a fast moving organization.
• Strong hands-on JIRA experience required, and preferred JIRA Align experience
• Agile experience required; CSM (Certified Scrum Master), CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
• Experience in large technology product implementations, particularly Project/Portfolio Management tools
• Experience driving diverse or company-wide programs.
• Demonstrated ability and experience to influence, develop productive working relationships, and lead technical teams and key stakeholders from different business functions.
• Exercise technical judgment to keep goals for programs, projects and products attainable within a given timeline.
