Job Description

1.Together with the Sales Team for DACH Region, you will independently manage our customers.
2.You will serve as the point of contact for our customers and ensure expert consultation.
3.Your main responsibilities include targeted phone acquisition of potential customers, coordinating and handing over orders to the executing operational unit.
4.As an Inside Sales Manager, you are also responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, including creating and tracking quotations.
5.Simultaneously, you will nurture your sales opportunities and meticulously organize your sales activities in our CRM system.
6.Creating weekly and monthly reports for the team is also part of the responsibilities.
Research and compilation of lists of potential customers on LinkedIn, Google Alerts/Searches, and other tools.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems.

- Strong skills in MS Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

-  Fluent in German and English, Knowledge of Chinese(Mandarin) is a plus.
