As a Quest Analytics Sales Development Representative, you will help turn leads into qualified opportunities bypartnering with marketing and sales to create andexecute oninbound lead generation campaigns. This positionrequires list and task management, appointment setting (email and phone calling), lead qualification, consultativeselling skills and an overall tight collaboration with Sales Reps to generate new opportunities. The SalesDevelopment Representative will be expected to report on sales & marketing activity and stay thoroughlyinformed on our products
We’re looking for a collaborative and energetic individual who can positively contribute to the sales and marketing teams, work in a dynamic environment, deliver messaging and campaign feedback to the organization, and work proactively to drive overall marketing campaign & sales performance.

What you'll do:
- Develop opportunities for the sales team from prospecting and marketing-generated leads
- Set appointments with prospects via phone and email with high attention to detail
- Consistently achieve qualified sales appointment quotas to support revenue objectives
- Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email and call scripts
- Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce
- Quickly learn Quest Analytics’ products, effectively communicate the value propositions and be able to react to objections and competitive questions
- Disseminate opportunities to appropriate Sales Reps, educating reps as necessary about lead activity, history, and overall opportunity
- Work with cross-departmental teams to maintain and manage campaign lead lists as well as constantly update and purify customer records
What it requires:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field, or 5 years of experience in lieu of the degree
- Minimum 3 years work experience required in: healthcare and/or sales/marketing
- Professional experience in healthcare and/or B2B SaaS sales organization is a plus
- Experience using Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting, listening and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
