This is a fully 100% on-site position supporting the Global Operations & Supply Chain unit located at the Boulder, CO Manufacturing site.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Attend daily tier meetings with other core team members

  • Provide backroom support during internal and external audits

  • Lead and facilitate Quality Walks with Engineering and Manufacturing personnel

  • Develop, modify, apply and maintain quality standards and protocol for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials product.

  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place.

  • Devise and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.

  • Design or specify inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment; conducts quality assurance tests; and perform statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine the responsibility for products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.

  • Ensure that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements.

  • May specialize in the areas of design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation and reliability, inventory control and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or technical field with 0+ years of work experience

Nice to Have

  • CAPA (Corrective Action / Preventive Action) experience / knowledge

  • Familiarity with Minitab Statistical Software

  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Validation experience / knowledge (IQ, OQ, TMV, PQ)

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$64,800.00 - $97,200.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions,
