We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Technical Implementation Consultant to grow our delivery team.

The technical implementation consultant will be responsible for comprehending the most complex client requirements, problems to be solved, and business objectives in order to provide the best way in which to implement the Thought Industries platform. This role will accomplish this by partnering with project management, technical delivery, and training to ensure delivery of the commitments we make to our clients. This role also offers the opportunity to mentor other team members from a technical perspective to continue to foster growth within our fast-growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity to define and drive implementation at a growing startup whose clients include mid-market to Fortune 100. 

Responsibilities and Expectations: 

• Ensure we deliver on the promise made at the point of sale
• Become subject matter expert of the Thought Industries platform 
• Have firm understanding of technical integrations native to the Thought Industries platform
• Have client-centric approach to implementation 
• Be passionate about solving complex client problems
• Be able to translate unique client business goals and problems into a successful implementation 
• Find creative ways to meet client requirements
• Simplify the client’s experience of implementing a new solution or transitioning from an existing provider
• Build specific configurations on behalf of the client, as needed 
• Workshop and/or test multiple configurations 
• Present best practices in configuring the platform and suggested configuration to clients with confidence 
• Present solutions to clients in a professional and consumable manner; i.e. LucidChart, whiteboard, slide deck
• Engage higher technical resources as needed 
• Escalate appropriately to ensure client success and satisfaction
• Collaborate with project management to ensure deliverables and milestones are met
• Mentor Implementation Specialists and Consultants to foster organizational growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience implementing SaaS solutions
• 2+ years experience implementing online learning software
• Experience with enterprise client implementations 
• Experience with data migrations
• Experience with SSO configuration (JWT, SAML, oAUTH)
• Working knowledge of Salesforce
• Professional communication and presentation skills 
• Excellent organizational skills 
• Extraordinary time management balancing multiple client projects
