Viking is a leading provider of roadside assistance services in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. We also support drivers across Europe through our international partner network. No matter where a breakdown occurs, we ensure efficient, safe, and reliable support for vehicles and passengers.

We are now expanding into the Baltic region, starting with Estonia, and we are looking for a Customer Service Consultant who speaks Estonian and one of the Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish). English proficiency is also essential, as it is our internal working language.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and responding to phone calls from customers needing roadside assistance
• Assisting customers in difficult or vulnerable situations and ensuring they receive the right help
• Supporting our Nordic insurance and automotive partners with assistance-related queries
• Operating in various digital systems to resolve cases effectively

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Speak Estonian fluently and be comfortable communicating in English
• Have a good command of one of the Nordic languages (written and spoken),
• Speaking Russian is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Be experienced in customer service and communication
• Be tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously
• Be structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
• Be a team player, but also capable of working independently
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Have a clean criminal record (mandatory)
