POSITION SUMMARY

Back to Nature is seeking a Senior Director of Operations that will lead and oversee the Design, Construction, Maintenance, and Retail teams, ensuring seamless execution, operational efficiency, and the highest level of quality and client satisfaction. This individual will drive strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence across all operational departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and refine processes, systems, and KPIs to enhance productivity, quality, and performance.
• Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance across all operational departments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce inefficiencies.

• Set clear expectations, accountability measures, and performance benchmarks for teams.

• Drive operational efficiency to maximize profitability across all departments.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization efforts.
• Evaluate vendor and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement.
• Identify new revenue streams and business development opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.

• Establish and enforce quality standards across all operational departments.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years of leadership experience in high-end residential landscape design, construction, or a related industry.
• Proven success in managing multi-disciplinary teams and overseeing complex, high-value projects.
• Strong business acumen, with expertise in budgeting, financial management, and process optimization.
• Experience in luxury services, high-net-worth clientele, and white-glove service environments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and profitability in a fast-paced, high-expectation setting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

Position Range:

$150,000 - $155,000
