The Opportunity:
When our country’s cyber security is on the line, simply reacting is not enough – we need a plan. And when that plan needs to protect databases for federal financial agencies, we need SMEs to help ensure those databases are secured. That’s why we need you, a security specialist with the expertise required to analyze the databases that contain sensitive information.
As a database security tester on our team, you’ll lead the assessment of your client's current cyber security posture of their databases and areas of risk. You’ll evaluate how databases stack up to baselines, best practices, and industry standards. As you guide your client through understanding acceptable risk and availability, you’ll advance the development of a strategic cyber roadmap. You’ll work in a consultative role to ensure the client operates securely as they navigate an evolving IT environment. Join us as we protect the data of federal financial agencies.

You Have:
5+ years of experience with database development, including Oracle and MS or SQL
2+ years of experience with using a database vulnerability scanner, including Imperva
Knowledge of NIST SP 800 series and testing in accordance with NIST SP 800-53A
Knowledge of security best practices for Windows and Linux environments
Knowledge of federal information security policies, standards, procedures, directives, and frameworks, including FISMA, NIST 800-53 Revisions 4 and 5, and the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree

Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, multi-disciplined team
Security+, CISSP, or CISA certification
Clearance:
